Background​

RapiPay is driven by a desire to expand and lead the country's Neo Banking services. You can rely on them as they have a full range of Neo banking services for consumers, as well as assisted payment services, POS systems, and business loans for businesses.

My Role

The IA was meticulously planned to ensure that RapiPay's extensive services were easily accessible and logically structured for both existing and potential customers.

Outcome
The redesign led to a marked improvement in user engagement and an increase in website traffic, demonstrating the effectiveness of the updated information architecture and contemporary visual design elements.
