Design Brief

Background​

​

RapiPay is driven by a desire to expand and lead the country's Neo Banking services. You can rely on them as they have a full range of Neo banking services for consumers, as well as assisted payment services, POS systems, and business loans for businesses.

As the lead designer on this project, my primary responsibilities included:

  • Restructuring the website to enhance accessibility and responsiveness.

  • Addressing low user engagement and traffic.

  • Incorporating modern visual design trends, such as bold typography and 3D icons.

  • The IA was meticulously planned to ensure that RapiPay's extensive services were easily accessible and logically structured for both existing and potential customers.

  • Emphasis was placed on creating a user-friendly navigation system that supports an intuitive flow of information, aligning with best practices in UX.

Outcome
 

The redesign led to a marked improvement in user engagement and an increase in website traffic, demonstrating the effectiveness of the updated information architecture and contemporary visual design elements.
